I glady accept exchanges just contact me within 7days of delivery, post items back to me within 14days. 
Buyers are responsible for return postage cost if the items is not returned in it's original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. 
After 30days of receiving your order I am no longer responsible for any damage that occur with scrunchies.
Please inform me AS SOON AS POSSIBLE of any problems with your order within the 30days time frame and I will try my best to resolve the issue in the best way possible for you.
